If your BT speakers work fine with it, your problem is not related to the chromecast. You need general audio setup help. If Netflix does not load, maybe your WiFi is not strong or fast enough at the current location.

Video and sound quality may suffer while casting from apps if your Wi-Fi is congested or has a weak connection. Try removing some of the connected devices in your network and placing your Chromecast with Google TV in close proximity to the Wi-Fi router. You may try other wireless headphones to isolate the pairing issue further.
