• No you can not. I tried and it says it's not available

• Unfortunately, Spectrum TV app is not on the list of partner apps for Chromecast with Google TV. Chromecast can’t be used as a Spectrum receiver to access Spectrum business TV programming. You can view the list of partner apps here: https://store.google.com/us/product/gtv_apps_and_partners
