Nick, Thank you for your inquiries! The system has 3 case fans, 1 in the back, and 2 up front with the radiator for the liquid cooler for the CPU. As to being silent or loud, as mentioned above, there are several fans in the system, but they are efficient at moving airflow, so in a typical environment we would not expect the system to generally be considered loud. That being said, what is perceived as being loud or silent can depend on several factors, many based upon personal opinion. For example, how much background noise is there where the computer is being used, and how loud is it perceived to be by the user? Is a headset or speaker set being used? How sensitive is the users hearing, and what do they find to be loud? Etc. With regard to the power supply, the wattage is 750 Watts. Addressing the USB ports, there are two at the front of the system, on top of the chassis (on the users right, if they are facing the front of the computer).
