No, it only has 15 GMRS channels, not 22. It excludes the 7 half-watt "FRS only" and the 8 GMRS repeater input channels. It also receives 10 NOAA weather channels and has about 87 distinct maritime channels (US, Can, international frequency combinations, TX/RX).
