• Try updating the firmware. You will need to connect Road Scout to a Wi-Fi hotspot to perform a firmware update. The full manual available on our website has instructions to connect to a hotspot. For further assistance, please contact us at 800-543-1608.

• You need to contact customer support at 800-543-1608 Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5 pm. Live chat 10:00 am -4:00 pm, all times EST. You have to be at the device with it turned on in my humble suggestion. If that doesn't work, send it back during your return period.
