What does download mode mean on a cobra 480i mean null

I can’t get it off of Spanish. I want it back on English and how do I factory reset it

Download mode is shown when you have connected RAD 480i to a computer using a USB-C cable. When software updates are available, you install them using the USB-C cable and your computer. Note that the detector does not operate when connected to a USB-C cable. For normal operation, use the included 12VDC power cable which connects to your vehicle's cigarette lighter adapter.
