I think you meant to say the RAD 480i. The RAD 480i adds the following over the older RAD 450 detector: - sleek smaller design - improved radar detection performance and false alert filtering - includes bluetooth for wirelessly connecting to the iRadar smartphone app for camera and crowd sourced alerts from the iRadar community
