“Anyone know 1) how long remote start will run before being shutting off automatically? 2) can I leave the vehicle running (regardless of how I started) and locking the doors via remote? I want to leave my car on, vehicle running for my dog.”

For me when I had this installed at bestbuy I got mine set to 15 minutes after the start then it will shut off I’m not sure what’s the highest it can be set to and if you have power lock door it will start the vehicle and keep the doors locked or lock the doors until you unlock. Once you remote start it a timer is showed in the app on how long before it turns off. So that said if you was to get this product make sure to tell whoever’s installing it ask them what’s the longest they can set the timer to because it they will have to program everything before installing it
