Any Compustar remote start will work with a 2020 Mazda CX30. At this time, this model is included in the minority of vehicles that will need to have a key (fob) sacrificed for installation. When the remote start is activated, it will use the frequency in the fob to start the vehicle. When the remote start is not activated, you vehicle will behave normally, just as it did before you had a starter installed.
