• Not at Williston VT. they insisted this model had an extra install fee not included in the 'free install' for the lte feature. Asked manager where it said that and without hesitation he said 'i dont care what the website says, this is how it works' 'no the install is free but the module is not' seriously!? Asked for a refund and getting it from a local installer instead.

• It’s mot free anymore. You have to either pay for installation or have geek squad membership. The cheaper option is to get geek squad membership 200$.
