A:AnswerI have had nothing but problems with this auto starter. I have had the truck back to Best Buy no less than three times. I stopped taking the truck back because it never gets fixed. Yesterday, my truck would not start for about five minutes. I finally just waited and I could finally start the truck I would not buy the equipment or use best buy. This has been extremely frustrating. This is my third auto start and this is the only auto start I have had trouble. The other two were different brands and not installed by Best Buy.
A:AnswerYes, however you should know that when you have the remote start installed by Best Buy, they do not have access to the relay that is needed to have your headlights automatically turn on at night. Also, Best Buy has only been selling Compustar (Firstech) alarms/remote starts for about a year and I have found that their installers do not have enough product knowlege on Compustars product line up. Also, Best Buy does not offer Compustars first tier product line. Fortunately, Compustars headquarters is near me and I have found their techs invaluable in resolving issues the Best Buy tech could not. Do your research on who you have install Compustar Alarms/remote start. I definitely would stay away from Car Toys.
A:AnswerI do not know if this will fit your car. I purchased for my truck and it has been a really bad purchase. It has been back to Best Buy Three times to be fixed. I stopped bringing it back to Best Buy because it does not work right. I would not purchase I would purchase a different brand. This is my third after market auto start. I never had a problem with the first two.
