“Did anyone else not get a shred of documentation other than the blank installation agreement signed before leaving? I would like to know the serial number of my module at least.”

I just had mine installed on October 14th, 2020 and I left with the yellow carbon copy installation agreement and the box with manuals the system came in. It’s a quick start guide like that informs me on how to operate the system with the serial number on it.

Very dissatisfied. 2 days after installation my vehicle was broken into. That's when I learned that no door triggers were added. Doors could and still can be open without sounding alarm while armed. Tried to get some customer satisfaction but nothing was ever fixed. For another$150 they said they can fix it but since I already paid $655 , I would think door triggers would come with it.

Only thing filled out was what I wrote. Mine auto Start system worked 3 times and now I have an appointment to get it fixed because now it’s not working and we tried all the recommended fixes. I’m bummed. Spent over $500 for what was supposed to be the best.
