• No, there is a two-way remote (2WG15R-FM) and the other is a one-way remote (1WG15R-FM), both are capable of ranges up to 3000 ft. I was informed that the 4905S has a updated CPU which is better than the 4900S, and easier to install. I ended up ordering the Compustar T-12 remote kit (up to 3 mile range and both are two way). • Yes, both remotes are 2 way (an outbound signal to the vehicle to start the vehicle & a feedback signal from the vehicle that lets you know the vehicle has started). The main remote provides both audio and visual indications. The second remote only provides a visual indication.
