Best scenerio is if you are skiing and you are on the mountain, you can use your phone to remote start the car so that when you get down the mountain your car is nice and warm. It is $300 a year for that service. Your normal car remote you need to be pretty close to the vehicle to start it. The remote that comes with it will start it from a distance. But you will need your original car remote to drive the car.
