“Does this unit come with kill starter?and did any wires were cut in the installation(warranty)”

You can kill the remote start once hit by holding the same button to start it. You can also put your foot on the brake pedal which will kill the starter. The only wires that should be cut our the ones the installers use and need to trim to length.
