Still no reply here from the maker of this overprices remote stater! The installation dept. at my local Best Buy in Salem, NH never even answered their phone so I could get their answer on this! After I ordered this in late Oct., it was delivered over two weeks later with minimal instructions and documentation. It did not even have a user Operations Manual that described the two remote controls and how to use them! After a month of the maker's call line assistants telling to just use their online vehicle guide, one person was finally helpful enough to take the time to check on my hybrid model Honda. He determined that this expensive system did not work with ANY hybrid caatrs! One would think that the maker and Best Buy could add this to the Product Description and the vehicle search listings!!! What a needless WASTE of my time! It was returned to Best Buy.
