“A little confused about switching to higher voltage. Does it have to be on low position before switching to 250 (as stated in other answers) or can it be switched to 250 while in off position??? And then only operate in low position??”

Hello! For 250 Volt Operation first put the HI-LO switch into LO. Flick the dual voltage switch to the 250 position. At 250 while set at LO, the dryer operates only at high speed with high heat. Do not attempt to operate the HILO switch or change to 125 when operating on 220-250V. The switches must be set and remain in the LO and 250 positions. A plug adapter may be necessary in certain countries.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I see the temperature switch and I have turned it to 250 however, the dryer didn’t work when turned to 250. Maybe it would have if I had it on low?? For me it’s hot enough with out putting it on 250
