• You should be able to pull the folded handle away from the dryer at a 90° angle and it should stay unfolded. Otherwise, your blow dryer might be defective.

• Just pull the top upward to straighten and push it back down to fold again.

• I am very happy to have this hairdryer. Light and air is strong. I have other hairdryer too but since I bought this I use only this. I love it!

• Dont pull down or up as the arrow would suggest. It twists, only one way to rotate the handle. It will click twice and the power source button will end up on the inside of the dryer.

• Just straight the blower head .

• To open the handle, pull down and away from the head of the dryer. It should click twice and then straighten out.
