“I asked the Magnification level, receiving a curt response of " it says 3X". Thanks for the answer, but find the tone rude and condescending. I checked product details, specs, etc & do not find where it says 3X. Please advise where it is stated.”

I think when I received it, ONLY THEN did I see the 3X magnification which I missed when I ordered it, therefore I returned because I didn't just want a magnifier, but an actual makeup mirror!
