• Hi The unit should work as long as it has been stored in a clean dry place (i.e. no dampness, water damage). However, your cell phone and iPad should be dual voltage so you will NOT need a converter for these items, you will need an adapter only. Please check your camera to see if it is single or dual voltage. you will only need the converter for SINGLE VOLTAGE items only. Happy Travels. Travel Smart
