BefoThey sent me a purple blow-dryer Conair Shine and Styling System:(( Before ordering, I also wrote a review about how happy I was to be able to find the Ion Shine and now:(((((((((((((((((((((((
Go to www.bestbuy.com/expertservice - you will be redirected to a phone number which pops up and dials for you. Customer Service will direct you from there . I plan to return this one to my local BestBuy and hopefully purchase the Ion Shine. If not, then wait for my refund and, in the interim, look elsewhere for this one and only.
