• A:Answer No. It needs skin of a certain color spectrum and genitalia are not within the color spectrum. Additionally, the instructions have warnings about not using it on genitalia. Areas with regular skin near the genitalia are ok though.

• A:Answer Hi I had the same problem but I found is to remove it from the area you are treating for 30 seconds or so that is how it get it to work again.

• A:Answer The instructions say "the darker the hair, the easier the removal" but it does also state that the hair needs to have pigmentation. It will not work on white or gray. According to that, it should work on red hair.
