• no, it is not a full frame lens and it is not an e mount.

• Hi ShammyD, this teleconverter lens is not compatible with the E-mount camera line up, i.e. the a7II. Currently, there are no teleconverters for the E mount lenses and camera bodies. Thanks_Mitch
