Yes. I have 275r, same dimensions, fits perfectly. One thing you'll have to consider is ram. If the ram is to thick or to high it might be a problem for 4 sticks of ram but dont quote me on that. If your going to run dual channel it will fit. I have a msi x470 gaming plus max motherboard with corsair vengeance lpx ram, Not the thickest ram but not the thinnest ether, I can fit 4 sticks I just have to install the ram before the cooler or remove the fan from the cooler then install ram. It's always best to have the space for all 4 if you want to add more ram in the future otherwise you'll have to replace them with another set with a higher gigabyte count.
