• Yes. The CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Halo does come with thermal paste (see below photo. It is a small tube, but enough to do the job. I purchased Corsair XTM60 thermal paste because I know that works like a charm. I've no doubt that the included thermal paste would work just fine, but I trust Corsair products. You must apply the paste yourself, but about 1/2 a pea-sized glob in the center should work.
