Yes, according to the manufacturer it’s fine for storing insulin.

The FAQs in the product instruction pamphlet state it CAN be used to store insulin.

Per Cooluli's website, this fridge will ONLY cool down 40 degree's lower than whatever the room temperature is. Insulin needs to be maintained at 36 - 45 degrees F (2 - 8 degrees C). DO NOT use this fridge for your insulin!!!

Probably not. Check the requirements for storing insulin and take a look at the temp the fridge can maintain when it has a quantity of items. I am using mine for cosmetics.
