• Yes. We put in room temperature drinks and it makes them cold

• Not really. It will to a point that you can drink to your taste but not colder.

• Yes it does actually and for the size of it, it works incredibly well aswell as the heat option it brings so if u ever need to keep something hot u can use your mini fridge
