No screen and cables/adapters are included as these are sold separately. Yes you need to buy screen for projector but it comes with adapter in the box

It does comes with a 120 VAC (US) power supply that powers the device and recharges the internal battery, and also includes a lens cover. But there is No screen or HDMI cable, you need to acquire those or a USB or Memory micro SD card for independent showing.
