“Is it guaranteed to work with printers? I just bought an HP laser jet and LibreOffice and Open office refuse to print. To get them to print, you have to convert the doc to pdf and then print the PDF. I do not want to go through that.”

It might be your wi-fi connection. I couldn't get the same text program, loaded onto three computers, to print from one computer but there was no problem printing from the other two. I also had trouble getting Word, which never gave me trouble before, to print from a new laptop. And one of my workers couldn't get his Chromebook to print at all, even thought we were all hooked up to the printers. There shouldn't be any reason to have to convert to PDF -- that's ridiculous. If it were me, I'd try to hook directly from computer to printer and see what happens. The bottom line is that there are NO guarantees on any software, and of course, it's non-returnable.
