“Can I leave out the shelf in the center opening if I want to put something in there that is taller than 4.5"? What are the weight restrictions for this unit?”

• This TV stand can hold up to 120lbs. You may chooses not to assemble the central shelf. However, we highly recommend to use it the way it is originally designed. Thank you
