Q: QuestionHow do you install the wheels? The instructions just show them plugging into the wheel frame but they fall out and there is no way to unscrew the top of the wheels to insert them that way.

Q: QuestionI had asked a question about how to lean back in this chair, but the answer (just lean back) wasn't helpful. When I try, it doesn't go. I know it doesn't stay back. It's supposed to tilt back, but it doesn't. I'm trying to figure out what the trick is.

Q: QuestionHello, relatively easy to assemble. I can't figure out how to get the tilt function to work. Had it working for a minute, but don't know what I did. Carried it to office, now it doesn't work again. Can you help?

• A:Answer Hello- Thank you for your questions. To tilt this chair you have to be sitting in it and then you would just lean back. The tilt does not stay in place the chair will come back up once it is not being sat in.
