Is this cable a 8 pin and a 6+2 or just two 8 pins? null

It's a 12 pin powered by two 8 pins

It's a 12 pin for the Nvidia RTX 3000 series Founders Edition GPU's and a Corsair power supply that uses type 4 modular cables. Won't work with any other GPU or PSU.

It goes from 2x 8pin PCIE slots on certain compatible Corsair PSU's to the 12pin connector on your 3080FE/3090FE/etc. (can't remember about the 3070FE, you'd need to research that). It is not intended for any other use.
