Called Best Buy customer support, explained this, and returned the case.
Have since cross checked all major items for my build with manufacturers to get the right items.
A:AnswerMaybe, depends on the form factor of your PSU. I would go with the 5000D to be safe. The 4000D is just a shrunken down version of the 5000D. So there may be more size constraints.
A:AnswerIf you remove the drive cage then you should have enough room. Honestly though if you're worried about size constraints just go with the 5000D instead.
