Is this product come as 3 fan and a controller? null

This product is packaged only with the three fans, there is no need for a controller since the LED lights on the fans are white, not RGB.

This is just a pack of three fans, no controller. You do not need one for these, they plug directly into the motherboard.

No just 3 fans, it's just 3 white fans and not rgb.
