Yes! It has 4 places to mount 120mm fans. 1-Front, 1 - Rear and 2 - Top. As for AIO CPU Coolers a single 120mm with Radiator. You will not be able to mount an AIO CPU Cooler to the Top as it would interfere with motherboard heatsinks and power connections therefore limited to front or rear.
