Yes! however the amd b4500 tomahawk being an ATX motherboard means the board edge will be close to the power supply shroud and Graphics Card alignment depending on mfr of the GPU might be a small challenge to get into the bracket. Other than that it is a good case. Also you should get a 600, 650, 700 or 850 Watt Power Supply that is Modular. A 500 Watt Power Supply does not fair well with Dedicated Graphic Cards "GPU" unless it is something like GTX 1050 Ti that requires no 6+2 Connector from the Power Supply.
