“Anyone have a clue to fix the issue where the mouse just randomly shuts off while using it. I keep having to switch the power off on a few times to get it back on and this happens 2-3 times a night mid game. I use the USB receiver not Bluetooth.”

• I have found with corsair products you must update the software and firmware or things get crazy. Randon shut off and freezing rgb Make sure the usb stick and mouse is connected directly into the motherboard usb slots before you do any firmware updates.
