This mouse can work with just the USB, it doesn't have to be wireless. However, customizing the led system requires icue to be installed
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it will work over just Bluetooth. I use it with my Mac a work over just Bluetooth. At home my pc uses the USB dongle to connect. Do note that the lag and performance will be slightly worse over Bluetooth. Also the iCue software does not work with only Bluetooth. The mouse will work but you cannot use the profiles in the software on Bluetooth.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. You can avoid the USB adapter entirely. The Bluetooth has some issues on my setup because of the number of bluetooth devices I use, so I'm using the adapter, but on the bottom of the mouse, just flip the mode to bluetooth and you're good :).
