• No, it has separate software than ICUE, this was a turnoff for me at first too, but I promise you, the webhub works exactly the same.

• No it only works with the icue web not the app

• It will eventually work with ICUE but only works with web hub at this time. Corsair has already announced they are working on ICUE support.
