Each store is very busy taking care of each and every customer that comes into the door. Every time I go into look at computers, I am stopped and asked if I need something. Most people are out on the floor instead of answering the phones. I typicallly contact 1-800-Best Buy or go in person because my experiences are always great. I suggest you do the same.
