The specs say the Adjustable Headband but the pictures don't show that. Can someone confirm? null

It is adjustable.  The picture shows it fully closed - the separating area is about an inch above where the headband connects to the ear elements.

Yes, it's very adjustable. I didn't have to adjust mine too much considering the head-size but overall, it shouldn't give you any issues.
