Mike - it seems you and me are in the same boat. Mine stopped working after 6 months. I bought 2 sets. One is still working fine, but the fact that Corsair responds with the obvious like we are adolescents is very condescending and unprofessional. We submitted a ticket on their website 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing since, except for the damage control expert trolling the negative reviews stating basic recommendations without any real follow through or concern. Terrible company customer service.

You might've had to have bought warranty to get in store credit or a replacement if you had anything to damage it or make it in the state its in and bestbuy sometimes doesn't let you return something after 1 month.
