You need to go to the website and download the driver for the headphones then they will work perfectly.

Make sure you have gone to the device management settings of your computer or device/etc to give it permissions. Also make sure it is fully plugged in with both the USB and the headset plug attached to it, and that you have not pressed the mute button on the headset.
