It has a USB-C connection on the headset any Type-C will work, that will charge the battery also give you 24bit/192khz audio playback/recording. 3.5mm aux would be the only way to bypass the battery components and they sound great I generally plug them into my Motu M2 audio interface but have plugged it into my laptop directly with no issue. The only time I actually hit the power button is for the Bluetooth functionality which also works well. Really great headset very versatile in connection options.
