Does it liquid coolant? null

This is an AIO (All-in-one) meaning that there is coolant inside the radiator. You do not have to worry about adding in liquid yourself. You just follow the directions and install it to your CPU, Case and motherboard and it will work. If you are not confident with the installation you should watch a youtube video to see how its done.
