“Does this case fit both 120 and 140mm fans in all locations?”

• It fits 140mm in all locations except the back fan mount which only supports 120mm.

• There are a few fan possibilities. I used a 120mm Thermaltake fan in back, and that's the maximum size for the top rear. You could affix one on top, as the top is vented and has holes and slots for fans or a CPU water cooler. I've found that this case runs everything cool because it has vents in front, top and back, and the three fans in front are excellent.
