As far as the fans, I added one to the back pointed out to help out with airflow but I don't even think it was necessary, the entire front and top is mesh (you can mount a radiator if you want or more fans on top) plus there is a lot of openings in the back as well. I am running a ryzen 7 3800x and an rx5700xt with 2 m.2s and 32gb memory and my temps stay normal - in the 60s while playing call of duty modern warfare.
