It honestly depends on your motherboard because this case is very compact and thus does not have much clearance for an aio up top. However, the height of the ram slots differ between motherboards and I know that some motherboards with lower ram slots can fit an aio in this case. In my experience with this case, Vengeance RGB Pro Ram, Corsair SP120 fans, and a gigabyte x570 Aorus Elite Mobo, an aio would not fit because the ram slots are relatively high on the board.

I recently bought this case for my pc and it does indeed fit the Corsair vengeance rgb pro ram and you can put a 240 aio on the top but you can also put a 360 aio or a 280 in the front of the case and use the fans it comes with as exhaust fans too hope this helped -Fernando
