You will need was is called a fan hub or fan controller. You simply plug the 3 fans into the 4pin connectors and connect the on cable coming out of the fan hub to one of your motherboards 4pin male connectors.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I installed a Asus PRIME X470 PRO and all 5 fan headers were 4 pin. But all the headers have this plastic piece that fits in between the two raised lines on the fan plugs. So if you plug the fans in right you are only covering three of the pins and the plastic piece fits into the groove made by the raised lines on your fan plugs.
