• This does not come with the fan controller. Just the rgb controller for the fans lights.

• No it does not. It comes with rgb hub. If you plan on using iCUE aio they come with commander core you can power up to 6 fans. If not you can plug into mobo depending on how many fans headers you have you may need fan cable splitter’s.
